Effective Logos are simple!

The creation of a logo is a daunting task for most entrepreneurs, and rightly so, being that its the image most people will see first when they discover your business or product.


Take a minute to ponder some of the first brands that come to mind. Brands like Amazon, Nike, Apple, Target. Chances are that if you tried you could draw those logos correctly, and that is the power of simplicity. They are simple visually. The consumer doesn't get bogged down in complexity or chaos and that allows them to be memorable.

A simple logo is more easily processed by the human brain and therefore more likely to create an emotional response in a potential customer. Which leads to the consumer remembering you more easily.


Simplicity is powerful. Keep it simple, keep it memorable. Make sales.
